I started the day with egg whites and whole wheat toast. I added a half banana just before my workout today since I was feeling a little hungry and sluggish prior to the workout. For lunch I grilled up some chicken on the George Foreman with brown rice, added a side of steamed peas and had a side of almonds.
Dinner was off kilter but it was what fit into my macro-nutrients for the day. I had some cottage cheese and some left over grilled chicken from lunch.
