The courier people delivered the product and went after paper work formalities and told i am not allowed to open parcel in front of them. I checked both the parcels and both the pieces had damages. I called up woodysfurniture and they asked me to send photo of damages, which i sent and they accepted over mail and call to do a complete replacement of product, after lot of follow ups I received a product with single piece parcel, which was small in size and so i was not opening and told that why they have just sent single parcel instead of complete replacement, they were clueless and after that they kept asking me photo of new product they sent but i didn't want to open it as already my house was occupied by previous damaged sofa. Finally i did open and it was different sofa.

But they gave back the amount as store credit only with which I was forced to purchase from the same site again so as to utilise my money. So I ordered 2 saris again to claim this amount. But BOTH the products I received were again disgusting and different from what was displayed on the site. Poor quality.

Phone is working though. I gave the phone for warranty service in Margao, Goa (address provided by your Lenovo CC). That person kept the phone for sometime and then returned saying Lenovo has stopped his warranty servicing. Then I had to search for another warranty service center (SC).
Finally after couple of months Lenovo gave me another service center in Mapusa, Goa. He refused to do warranty service. He said unless he get a written mail from Lenovo, he will not provide warranty service as otherwise he would not get payment for that. Whole of Sept I have been calling Lenovo and SC to get things done. As required I sent images of phone to Lenovo & SC. Still nothing is done. What is the way forward for me.

I called the payment helpline for flights on number, the customer support told i have not booked any ticket, there is no order history of this transaction. Then they said your ticket s not confirmed with airline, you either speak to Indigo airline.

I have received 3 coupons worth 1000rs each, which i can redeem while making a recharge or bill payment of 1000rs or more and i will get a cashback of 1000rs.
I had tried to use these 3 coupon code on 4th of june but was not able to apply the coupon code For this i had raised a request on 4th June but paytm has not yet resolved it till now, every time they are saying that they will resolve the complaint in 2 days, but now it is more than 12 days and my issue is still unresolved. It is really frustrating, i mean on one side my 1000rs are on stake and on other side your customer care is behaving in such a manner.

But even then they havent picked up the product yet and just passing time. Yesterday I called the customer care they said they would pick up on 22nd but when no pick up was done today I again called them only to hear to wait again till 24th.I faced a lot of harassment. There is a sticker with 25000mAh details found over stick on it's actual capacity 16800mAh. It's not looking an original power bank. It gets fully charged in only 30 minutes maximum and it gets discharged with a single charging in 30 minutes. The memory card I received is not working properly. Thus the items I received are totally unappropriated. I requested for the return through the same website but no solution or communication was done.
